This first is a short document with sample warm up and 3 sample sessions which can be viwed online, or downloaded.


The second resource is a documanted which we created to support a Club during this current pandemic. The document includes a 7 day training programme and an explanation document for each exercise listed, and can be downloaded here.


For some friendly competition, send us your first name and age (and Club if you would like) with your total completion time for Wednesday's set and we will publish a leaderboard each week per age group.
